Wow, I guess stranger things have happened...and I grew up in a small town so I certainly understand what you mean about everyone knowing each other, BUT that's why you don't steal from your neighbors...I agree fouzman that's one for the moron report.

Always pay attention to whats going on in your neighborhood! I pay attention when if my neighbor shows up with a slick ride one day out of the blue. No need to be snoopy but you know something is up if your neighbor has a 20k boat parked at his house that was not there when I went to bed. I always pay attention to my surroundings. You learn that the best when on the water.

You go Okie Poke!... Ouch!!.. Makes me wonder how people would feel if the shoe was on the other foot, and people were doggin' Tejas. I lived in the DFW area for 50+ years, and always called it home, but the crowds and traffic has gotten so out of hand, it just wasn't worth it to me anymore. It's nice to have the convenence of everything right there, but it comes at a cost [your peace of mind] After you fight the traffic to get to the lake, then you have to fight the boats,jet skis, and other fishermen just to get to your spot [if there's not someone already on it!] Then, when you get ready to go home, wait in line to load your boat, and fight the traffic back home. Not the most relaxing thing to me! I moved to SE Ok about 7months ago, live <30mis from several great fishing lakes, and even on the weekends there are NO CROWDS! Guess it's all in what you're looking for. This country up here is beautiful, untouched, with lots of game. I am enjoying the slower pace of life

If you live in Ok you bag on texans if you live in texas you bag on Okies that's just the way it is, been like that since the early 20's hahahaha. It's all in fun atleast from my point of view. Never will stop! The best thing to come out of Oklahoma is Troy Aikman and I35 Southbound! Game on! Oh yea, one more, HOOK EM!!!!!
