Thanks for all of the help in the past.
You might need to send a PM to JP and request the name change.

Ok Jason--here is a mind bender for you.
I have an LCX 25c that the screen went blank on me in the middle of a tournament. Have tried the reset procedure and have had no luck.
Perhaps you can tell me what to do or where I can get it working as I've been very happy with my 25c THANKS--i LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR HELP.
Thanks Mario-Bass man

I hate to here that, but that model as been discontinue for about 5 yrs now. I'm sure it's out of warranty. U might want call Lowrance customer service line and see if that unit is available for a rebate. Where u can get a new Lowrance unit.
Also make sure ur in line fuse didn't blow and chk your power cord pins see if there getting power. If go to Lowrance website and go self support and type power cord pin's. It will bring up a diagram

Jason, here is the latest---I cleaned both the male and female connections, then took the unit to Bass Pro shop--we got a perfect picture, unit is powering up as it should--no problem there. However the USA map is upside down and backwards, the menus are also upside down and backwards.. Gotta be a simple fix here, but I'll be damned if I can figure it out.
Oh and by the way we installed all the upgrades while at BPS.
Any more Ideas to get this thing working right????
Thanks
Mario

Mario-How dirty where your connections? Mine quit powering up but has power to the cord. And the connections look clean. Just wondering. Also what did you use to clean them?

If I leave my X125 hooked to the power cord it comes on and starts flashing by itself. Someone on here said it was a low battery so I replaced it and still does it.

I took a gun cleaning brush and went over the pins very gently and then took a long bristle tooth brush to them so as to remove any debris. They look good and clean now and I'm getting power to the head unit.
Waiting on Jason to find out why my screen shows every thing upside down---that one has really got me baffled.
When I took my unit to BPS, they were more than helpful, but they didn't know why or how this unit just did an upside down backwards movement on the screen.
