Plan on going to CC this w/e.Are there any campsites on the lake? I noticed in GO FISH TEXAS MAP,there were no public campsites, but there were private ones.Where are they at? Has anyone stay at any of them? Have only been to CC twice,so don't know much about the area around the lake. Are the campsites(if any) worth staying at?Also, could use any help on where to look for hybrids and sandbass.

How could anyone be so unkind,to arrest a man for driving while blind.

you might try Caney Cove RV Park. They recently built some cabins for fisherman that are close to the lake. It is right off 198 in Caney City right behind the free boat ramp. I dont know there rates or phone number but there probably listed. I am sure there are others but I dont know there name.

I have camped at Sunny Glenns Marina several times in a tent and a camper. You are right on the edge of the water if you like that or you can move up a little ways from the water. They water and electricity at the sites. I believe the price was around $10.00 per night. There is a small store there for supplies, or you can run up the road a half mile to a bigger store. My family loves going there to fish camp and boat. Hope this helps, Randy
