hey guys been out of the loop for a while due to busting my arse getting some painting done . im not as young as i once was and going up and down ladders wears me out . i have been fishing short sessions of an hour to 2 some afernoons but not having great success maybe picking up one or two at a time from the normal spots . last week i found a new spot that i have never fished before and found a few . the last few outings have been getting better . they only seem to bite in one particlar spot and if you fish to the left or right you come up blanked . yesterday , as is customary i always let the visitor have the hot hole and as you saw on cris's post he wore them out . well having enough of that i went alone and rounded up 5 . man i sure miss having a buddy to do the netting honors . the wind was very high again and i tried to get paul and ralph to fish near me but the are wind haters lol . i had to take my own pictures .. i fished from around 10 till 120 . if you look at the time stamp you can see i left them biting. oh all fish today were caught on square bolies that i had left on the line from yesterday . ...here ya go oh and here are some picts that i took from last week and the previous week

i got a video uploading right now of the carp spawning . although i think its just the first batch . i dont think the majority of them are ready yet .last year they spawned real late (after the bass ) compared to whats going on now , but like i said i think its just a few hornier ones .lol today some carp,buffs ,and a fancy tail goldfish were seen in one foot of water . i saw an alligator gar next to the bank a couple of days ago .
