They are still not on the move yet into shallows as of 3 hours ago. I hope they do move in. Only thing is that this winter may force some to hold there eggs. I have seen crappie do it before. If most hold there eggs, then they will spawn eratically. crazy

Did you fish both lakes? Boat or barges? I've heard of and see people catch some shallow in Benbrook, the temp was 62-64 Monday up the Clear Fork by the Rocky Creek camp ground. I've only caught a few in the barges, I don't think they like my boat.

Fished weatherford barge 4 days ago and nada.
Bikeman has talked with the Marina on weatherford yesterday and said they are catching about 4 fish a day average. I have been fishing benbrook marina barge every other day and they have lockjaw.

Thanks for the update. Even when the fishing is slow at the BB marina barge, if Kyle (chubby teenage kid that works there)is there its always entertaining. That kid had me rolling the other night.

Have the crappie bite improve at Rocky Creek?????? Went Monday and managed to pull 2. Saw a big snake on the rocks.
