The state records are somewhat convoluted, but my interpretation is the state hybrid record on fly is 8.99#. I caught a 10# (boga) 26" (tape measured) on a six weight on 3/15, but all I have is a witness to show for it - Dusty Montgomery. That's life.

They sure are ... State records for hybrid striper from private waters is only 4.20lb for fly rod and 5.40lb for rod and reel.
