anyone do any good fishingh today??

Dang shame. Hard to say which is worse, folks who have no ettiquette on the water or on the net. 'About the same.

My apologies to my fellow fishermen for my contribution to the old thread that got it removed.

I moderate other discussion boards and I just delete offensive language/remarks, not whole threads. Not judging he mods here, but maybe they can let someone behind the mod wall to recover the primer by Carey and any other 'on topic' info so we can beef this thread up a little.

I still see noobs poping in here and posting, so it would help to have all that back.

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum. This is my second year to fish Rowlett Creek. I read the forum last year and this year. Tried to get to it today and it's gone ...... what happened ? I really enjoyed learning about the creek and reading alll of the funny stories.....

new thread with all the pics and reports will go up later tonight. its just a thread....... not the end of my life. yes i get buisness from here and TFF help me launch my career, but im mainly word of mouth now..... Mod's do what they do when they want to do it and when it looks nessasary to do so.... but i have all this stuff backed up and saved due to this happened last year..... so no later than midnight, ill start #3, it should be normal again..... but thanks for getting it deleted, its not like i dont have anything to do when im done guideing for 14 hrs str8..... so this will take awhile.....

Report: Made a quick run to the GB dam. Mainly because a buddy of mine was there and didn't know what to do. Well dam is broke, water is moving fast and very clear. Couldn't really fish due to others were there tight lining on the bottom. They didn't have any luck either.

I would tell you, but I would have to delete you.

Instead of describing the peeps that drive us crazy at the creek with ethnicity lets just say "others".This way we cover all types and just label the them as "others", it does take ALL types to jack up your fishing....ALL TYPES!

Fished Gunrange this evening. Water level normal. Clarity normal. Water warming up, waded in shorts and sneakers. Caught a few when I arrived at 4 using a white grub and Berkley minnow 3". Guy on opposite bank doing better with minnows. Switched tactics to catch huge shad. Ctbassnut and his daughter were catching on yellow jig and GummieBears. Slow compared to other outtings. First time this year to fish the evening bite. Getting practice for tomorrow night when Nightfisher and I catchem' all...

i fished south of firewheel and north of the pipe and did pretty good for me tonight. Caught about 20 total, only 10 over 12" and gave them away to an "other" guy. probably caught 15 or so pesky little yellows the size of my hand. no hybrids at all, that is what i was hoping for. fished from 6-815 tonight. i was fishing with a light green fuzzy jig and a green speckled grub tail. I know not the proper name, but i like to fish, not a fisherman.
