Left work at about 4:30 and went to Buffalo.....NOTHING
Drove to the third bridge and caught BIG males and had alot of fun for the short time I was there. Ended up with four about 2lbs and missed some. all caught in 2 feet of water, I had better luck when I stopped fishing on the bottom and raised the jig up to 2 feet deep.

Looks like the weather may let us catch a few before Friday. We went to Henrietta Bridge. Got about 15, half on jigs and half on minnows. I guy in a boat caught 2 really big ones but he was down 8-10+ feet beyound my reach from bank. Sounds like Scotland is where Im headed tomorrow.
Water temp was 55 there. you get a reading at Scotlan?

I'll be at the third bridge today. Brown shorts/white shirt and a little sunburned. Stop by and say hi if you see me.

I started this am at the second bridge and never got a bite, so I went to Hen. Bridge and came home with 22 count them 22 good crappie. It is about time and I am ready for another time this week. I feel vendicated from all the other times I didn't catch a thing, but this is why we call it fishing and not catching.

Awesome job Chris! It will only get better. Took my son to the third bridge and came home with six and a channel cat that my boy caught and released. We were using white and chartreuse rocky top jigs.
Smokingquack, I didn't check the forum before I went so if you were there at about 6pm I was the guy in a blue work uniform with an 8 year-old bouncing all over the bank. I will make sure that doesn't happen again and I will say hi next time. Were you still there at 6pm?

Chris, I wanted to go to henrietta bridge but was worried that I would not be able to get out of the wind. Were you able to get out of the wind? Where exactly did you fish? I may go there tomorrow if I can get off work on time.

I was getting them on pink/white and black/chartreuse. I got my biggest on a RoadRunner, I must have dropped it right in her mouth for she gulped it is right off.

It was almost impossible to get out of the wind but I was on the south side of the bridge facing the main lake. Some good fish came out today I was not the only one catching them. One man left with 15 or so.

I don't want to fish on your spot, just trying to figure out If it can be fished with a strong south-south-west wind. Like tomorrow.
