This is a boat identical to mine.
Mine has a newly rebuilt 60hp Evinrude. Prop on it is a 13.25x17solas aluminum.
I never had trouble getting on plane, and motor is under no stress. On GPS,I run a top speed of 36 mph at 5600rpm.

Questions.
1. How much tighter can I turn the engine?
2. Am I under propped?
3.How much pitch should I be running?

The motor seems to have alot left in it at 5600 rpm. The ,manual says 5200-5600 is the ideal range.

Gimme some ideas if you have any.

I would only adjust if you never fish with someone else. This small of an engine will be effected in a large way by adding 1 more person and or more gear. I personally think you would be wasting your time. You will lower the RPM's with a longer prop but that will lower your speed ,unless you have enough power to still spin it at 5600 RPM's

I replaced my aluminum with a comprop on my 60. It won't move you any faster, but you get a little better takeoff and turning. You'll get better use of your RPMs, or at least I have, and it will help save a shaft if you hit something underwater.
