Sopa Taco is closed.
To our fantastic customers.
Jacqueline and I thank you. We truly had a blast bringing something new to the Lake Fork area. We value and appreciate each and every one of you. We will always have great memories of our time here on Lake Fork. Many of you have become more then just customers but part of our lives as friends.
I have been offered an employment opportunity that is simply too good to pass up.
So we will be on to new adventures but will never forget the support and relationships we found here.
There maybe hope for Sopa Taco to stay on Lake Fork as it will be for sale with our entire water front property. There also will be an opportunity for a new Sopa Taco owner to move back to our original location on FM17. All details regarding the sale will be held with JR. Simpson Century 21 Quitman office 903-850-3324.
As of the end of business today March 26, 2010 we will be closed. We apologize for the short notice however I just got my job notice and need to be relocated soon.
We wish all of you nothing but the best. We are proud to have been apart of the Lake Fork community.

I wondered what was up? I stopped in today for a burrito after the Media Event and couldn't get my fix!
Sad to see you guys go. Best of luck to some really nice folks.

-alton, the extra green sauce guy Hey Alton- It was customers like you guys that made Sopa Taco so much fun for us. We truely have mixed emotions about this happy and sad. Happy- To have been presented with such a great job. When this kind of job is hard to come by. Sad- To have seen the look on our customers faces that stoped by that last day when we told them. Sad- When we told our friends. Sad- Because this was our baby. We have an inreseted party so maybe ST will come back to life! PS. Alton Jacque says if you stop by in the next two weeks she will whip up some Green Sauce for you! Just call first and make sure we are around.
