Just got a Silver Max on a Berkley lightning rod. put some 17lb test Cajun Line. what does everyone think about the Combo? I have had it a week or two really havent had a chance to use it

Started of with the same combo. Can't go wrong. I have not fished any other brand but Abu Garcia ever since. I also have a black max, pro max and like 9 different revos.

feels like its gonna be a nice combo. I have never really used the split handle style. been tossing it across the yard feels good though.
