Went Crappie fishing last wed. and decided to drop some noodles. Caught 10 Blue Cat average weight 5-lbs, in 18 ft of water between Pecan Creek and the Trinity river north of the 3002 bridge. I'm a crappie guy and normaly do not keep cats but i had a friend with me that needed fish and the Crappie were slow. Thought I would pass on the info. All caught on the top hook 4-6 ft off the bottom in 18ft of water.

That's a nice haul, Parrish. Thanks for the info. You really aught to keep a few yourself, they bake up real nice with a parmesan crust garnished with sun-dried tomatos.
