I have used Ray Hanselman and he did a great job. (830) 774-1857 or (830) 317-9942 I have heard the other two are good as well but I have not personally used them.

The National Park Service for Amistad web site has a list of guides on their website. All those mentioned above are on it plus some.
At least my boat and truck are paid for, woo hoo!
