North Texas Reel Recovery has openings available to the mid-April retreat. The free, three day fly fishing retreat for men coping with cancer will be held at the Wildcatter Ranch near Graham. Anyone interested in more information or attending the retreat can go online at http://www.texasreelrecovery.org/ or call 1-800-542-2246. Please pass this information along to your family and friends that could use a break from their cancer treatment.

Yes I did and I forwarded it to Jef Fair (Dallas Orvis) the volunteer coordinator for the April retreat. Give Jef a call at 214-265-1600.

Last I heard we're still needing fishing buddies for the participants. Contact Jef Fair if you're interested. Try him at the Dallas Orvis store 214-265-1600.

That would be a great chance for me to go see my folks too, as theyy live in Graham, but why the Wildcatter?

It's more than the catfish would do.

A Reel Recovery retreat is not just about the fishing. Participants stay in a resort atmosphere with good food and nice accommodations. The Fall retreat this November will be at Joshua Creek Ranch near Boerne.
