I would have to say yummys in taft, refugo, and corpus christi any of them are great. good beef on a sour dough bun. very filling. also the place is decorated like a 50s soda stand

bringing this post back up, but there is a place in Burleson called The Porch if your ever in Burleson go try the Porch Burger holy [censored] one of the best I have ever had. thick patty chunk of ham turkey and Chicken fried BACON plus your veggies and cheese. BAM eat that burger and fries or chips DEF will fill you up

Someone already mentioned it but Alamo Springs Cafe between Comfort and Fredericksburg is unbelievable. From the past, GM Steakhouse in Austin and Adair's in Dallas. Adair's also had the hottest japs and best jukebox I've come across.
