Buddy, I am in the same situation as you right now. I was on interstate 49 out of Shreveport when an 18 wheeler blew a tire and the tire flew through my windshield, hit me and destroyed the roof of my tundra. Got my face, arms and head cut up and a good bruise from the tire hitting me in the chest..Have Bass Champs next weekend and I'm trying to find a truck to be able to pull my boat down to Rayburn. Glad you are ok!!! their insurance will be responsible for your temporary rental car, just make it a rental truck. or rental SUV. His Insurance maybe. The truck kept going

Thanks guy's I appreciate all the kind words. I agree, I am not the sueing type. I really don't know what to do at this point!
I am not as concerned about the truck as I am about my neck and back. I sound like a bowl of rice crispies popping when I turn my head!

Sue her for a new truck, loss of consortium, loss of income, discomfort, stress, a riding lawn mower and anything else your mouthpiece can come up with. She is negligent and should be punished while sending a message to all others who think their cell phone is more important than the consideration to, and safety of, others! I mean it, I'm fed up!

Hope you recover quickly.
In space, nobody can hear you scream for ice cream.
