Me, my two brothers, and my dad need a guide for October sometime on a Saturday. We're from Dallas. We've been goin on guided trips since we could walk so we're a pretty easy group. I fish alot on my own but they are petty much down to the guided trips. We're great with spinning gear and have our own if we need it but would like someone that can find fish, has a nice boat, and will show us a good time. Any ideas?

contact jdlyle. he posts here quite often. I have not fished with him, but everyone says he's great!!!! I've met him though, and he's a very personable guy. I'm sure others would recommend him as well.

Keith,

If you guys can hold off a couple of weekends until the lake gets turned-over and the top water bite gets going real good, the better it will be. Contact Jeff Lyle www.texomaguide.com and get set up for when that event will happen..

You can't go wrong with Jeff Lyle. My Father in law and I went out with him last Wednesday and had a great trip. Even though fishing was tough Jeff was a wealth of information and knowledge and is willing to share both. I'm sure that he will teach you a lot about the lake just as he did for us. Thanks again Jeff for shortening the learning curve.

You need to contact Brannon Daniel of Daniel's guide service (580)564-4669 or (580)564-0391. We have fished with him several times in the last month and limited everytime. He has a nice 23ft falcon fully equiped and very comfortable. Plus the accomadations are excellent...They have four new cabins fully equiped with stove, fridge, hot tubs... Resturant with awsome food..we just got back after fishing sunday 9/26. we limited out by 9:00 and continued to catch and release til' we ran out of bait..we caught probably 75 fish and had some good size up to 10 pounds. Just an idea but he's the best I've seen and seems to catch fish when others aren't...you won't be dissappointed...I guarentee....

Either JD or Mark. There are a lot of good guides, but you also want a good person. And both of these guys are outstanding individuals. Also
check out http://www.sixoldgeezers.com. There are several guides listed that are all good.

I have used Jeff Bond several times and have always had a great time. Have limited out on each trip and had a couple of EXCELLENT ones with big fish (many from 9 to 15 lbs). He's out of Pottsboro. Here is his website/contact #'s:

If you want to catch them on bait I would go early Nov. but if you want to catch them on artificial I would go late Nov. or Dec.
