I went this afternoon to camp tejas. Quite a few people fishing, maybe 100, east and west of the little bridge. Several people were catching whites on live shiners. A few caught some on rooster tails. I caught nothing. Lots of fly fisherman wading. Some guy said two weeks, the river will be teaming with fish. The water is beautiful, crystal clear and flowing well. On occasion, you can see small schools of whites.

I try to avoid Tejas because of the pressure and really can't stand the elbow to elbow fishing.

Tried Decker for a change and saw fish all over the graph, but the wind made it a pain to try to stay on em. Wound up going in the backs of coves and pulled out a few nice largemouth in purple worms.

Went out by the cliffs and it was to windy on Friday. So walk around the bend where there were alot of trees under water hoping for some action..nope..none. Left and headed over to cedar break area and caught 6 lg mouth bass but that was it. Still havent caught a white yet. But caught alot down in Yegua Creek outside of Dimebox.
