Happy Birthday Mark !!!!  We fished near one I'd say was close to 11 foot.. Just laid there while we fished, it's awesome to see them in the wild. Nice picture, wish we would have had the camera with us. Kay tried to get it on her IPhone but it didn't come out worth a hoot.

I wonder if 100lb braid would work? I prefer 65 lb. Braid. It breaks right before you go over the side.

One swam right next to my boat about three years ago during the Skeeter Tournament. I was next to the 154 bridge. It had no fear. Also, I saw a smaller one on Lake Tyler yesterday.

pottkotter was the gator on tyler close to where the old city duck blind was up north on the old lake, cause if it was its a little over 6 foot
