well, I don't see that happening, unless we have a permit to re-locate...

I have a spillway that this lake overflows into. there aren't any restrictors on overflow and it is all on my property. now why would I need a permit to put the fish in the spillway which they naturally go when it rains anyway? from what I ever understood is a fishing license to catch, clean and eat a fish. the only permit is me permitting it. I did not state that you had to take the fish the quote is "all gaspers, mudcat and carp can and are incourage to be taken" other than mispelling "encourage"... what's wrong?

we just thought you wanted them removed from your property, to transport and release to another location (lake) you do need some sort of permit, if it is a relocation on your property then there is no problem at all

Nothings wrong.. just read in the other thread you wanted these fish removed and didn't want any confusion when people showed up and were throwing them back in the lake

I'm thinking that that was the plan anyway. We will try that weekend and if rained out, try again the following weekend. I will be prepared for an overnighter, depending on the fishing.

o.k. April 2nd,3rd... let's just make it happen then and learn from mistakes. as mentioned, Friday campers are welcome but I would like them before dark to get acclimated. if it rains too much we can move it to the following weekend. anyone interested, shoot me a email and I will send mapquest link and additional info. anyone check out the aireal view yet? I own the tree line straight across with dam. spillway may have some gar. they swim up from Brazos river when rains raise creek up, but they can't get in my lake. for that reason, I have caught some large fish in there and there are all kinds. as mentioned, I would like an " email " confirming intent.
