Anyone have any suggestions. When we had grass they were easy pickens this time of year. I shot some docks for about an hour yesterday evening and brough home 2 nice 13inchers and missed three more. Not really looking for your hotspots but would like some areas to try on the south end of the lake. You can PM if you dont wont to let the world know. I typically bass fish the lake. Crappie fishing is for the family. We recently moved here so any help is appreciated. Especialy during the spawn. Has it started yet?
Thanks,
Jason

I caught a couple under the Bridge yesterday. Docks on Conroe are not the best. Too shallow and most are boarded all around. Cedar Creek is the best for dock shooting for me.

i caught a lot of crappie last weekend fishing the stalls at the marina. I tried shallow and only caught a couple. the shallow water bite should be getting better each day.
