When from a can of Cope ever 2 days to 2-3 dip a day for the last few weeks. Finished my last can today. If anyone has any good tips would love to here them been chewing gum until my mouth and jaw is sore. Have 2 little girls and a wife I need to be there for

Try Sunflower seeds, cinnamon tooth picks, hard candy, mints etc.......

First day was not to bad all though I did find myself diging through my truck looking for a lost can. Never found a can but did get my truck cleaned out craving passed life went back to normal
