It sucked!!!!!! I went out today and the fish were not biting on Hubbard! I went to Peanut, Iron Horse and Yankeeeeeeeee! NOTHING! I really just went out to make sure the boat is tuned and and running great and ready for some warmer water but its hard to resist throwing 1 or 100 in just to see what happens! Too much rain. The water is stained and it was reading at 53 degrees by Yankee and 59 degrees by Peanut. The fish are slowwwwwwwwwww moving!!! Maybe someone else had better luck! I see the birds working over the 30 bridge nailing those Shad but I dont think there is anything there but the Shad and the Birds! Has anyone been out there in the morning or evening when the birds are doing their thing and ran into any schools of fish?

Thats because all the sandbass are in Rowlett Creek. The Hybrids are starting to show, small ones there now. I can't tell you how many fish I saw on stringers this weekend. I caught a few myself.

Sandies and hybrids are starting to head up rowlett creek. Got into the hybrids pretty decent today. Caught 8, two were under, the rest were well over. Those things can sure drag around a kayak.
