My inlaws are in town to witness their grandson's Baptismal Sunday. My father-in-law likes the crappie and he couldn't wait to hit the lake until he saw 2 feet dirty white caps on Cedar Creek Lake. Well we kept searching around the lake until we found calmer waters, it paid off. Check the flixs below. We ended with 30 keepers.

nicely done sir

Politicians, baseball players, high-powered corporate CEO's they all seem to eventually let us down. Nature, however, does not. Look to her for inspiration and you will learn the secrets to living a good life. The most Important lesson it would seem is to make sure you spend as much time fishing as anything else.

Good catch, with the colors looks like they may have been up shallow. I was there a few days ago and was catching a few in 1-2ft of water. All were keepers but with the higher water this year was hard to wade around where i was at and the fish were DEEP in the largest nastiest part of the cover i was wading around.
Great catch
