I have seemed to always have interference between my console and front sonars---1 Eagle & 1 Lowrance. Had it with my 480 & X135 now with my 642 & X102C. I normally just "Stop Sonar" on console when I go to front. That works and isn't much trouble.

Saw on another board someone said you could change the ping speed on one of the units to stop the interference. First time I ever heard that and was wondering if anyone else on here had heard the same or tried it? Logic to me says it wouldn't stop the interference but logic isn't always right.

Hopefully Medic will see this and give us all an "educated" answer.

Changing the ping speed will help little bit, but will not solve the interference 100%. Keep using the stop chart mode; Just old fisherman
