My buddy caught a rod and reel at Fairfield a few weeks ago.

One day my brother was in his front yard testing his new rod/reel combo, of course he had a Texas rigged plastic worm.......well he cast it once or twice and next thing you know here come some huge alley cat chasing after it and caught it,,,my brother did what every fisherman would do....he set the hook HARD, that poor cat went flying backwards head over heels....luckily he only had the worm and not the hook. That was some funny stuff.

Had a Blue Herring that I didn't see swoop out of a tree and nail my buzzbait. I jerked it and yelled at it for some reason and it dropped it about 15 feet later. I don't know what I would have done if it had gotten a hook.

That ive set the hook on -About a 8lb grennel pitchin grass in the mcdonalds tourney. 2 turtels on a crankbait and a duck on a texas rig but i swear i didnt set the hook on him

Caught a seagull on a topwater. Also caught a lawn chair out of about 20 feet. Put up a heck of a fight. It was during a tournament and both me and my partner were wired up thinking it was a toad on the other end of my line.

Two weeks ago: buddy caught two zebco's. Last year @ Cedar Creek, I caught a wire basket that was full of crappies. It had been there a while and I saw the rainbow effect coming up before the basket. I quickly un-hooked and got out of there. It was not a pleasant smell.

15 lb boat anchor on a bluff ledge with a jig. When it fell off the ledge I thought I had the state record.

3.5 lb bass on chicken liver.

My buddy snagged something at Lewisville. He pulled and pulled and it finally came free. Once he got it to the surface it turned out to be a fairly new woman's black high heeled shoe. We just kinda looked at each other both thinking that's odd. Kinda of freaky if you let your mind wonder.

I set the hook and landed a pair of underware by the dam on Brownwood. I hooked a pelican in mid air down at the coast one time, I fought it down to the pier and was trying to decide how to unhook this monster and it took off and broke the line.

I was fishn txma off the bank with a 4" sassy shad at deep drop off. Bam!fish on!big striper take'n out drag goin left rite.The wind was blowing pretty hard behind me.I must've fought the thing for about 5 min.I got it in Dat' gummit'a minnow bucket still with 6 minnows left in it.10# yellow bucket w/water and 6 minnows.1 cast 1 hook and 6 fish how bout' that!

All my weird stuff seems to happen when I throw a spook. Caught a 9 pound grinnel in a tourney one time. A crane flew down and took my spook away one time.

one time i caught a blue crab at lake nastworthy fresh water i also caught a lawnchair there to and at twin buttes i caught two snakes on jigs im going to miss those jigs lol once caught a 5 lb bass on livers guess she was starvin im allways catching something strange lol
