So in the creeks (rowlett area) the past three days I have seen the same group of people catching they're limits multiple times (3-5) take them to the cooler in the car then come back and repeat... Also catching stripers that are around 14-16 inches and most of the sandies are under 10 inches!!!

Deffinitely report. This is the type of attitude that almost wiped out the buffalo.

why not just take a picture of them in action and post it here. What good would that do? You think someone might recognize them or something?

Do it all...take a picture, call the game warden, say something too them, and let them know that is not to be tolerated...if you don't make it so easy for them they can't do as much damage.

I started off fishing caught three in a row. Next thing I know I have 5 chinese dudes within a foot of me throwing in the same exact spot I am. Then they stared catching fish to, and more than me since they were on each side of me. THEN, they each lite up a cigaret and by this time I am pissed. I didn't have any buddies with me so I just walked away to a new spot. But I watched 3 of them catch their limit at least two times keeping fish well under the limit. If I would have had the G.W. number I would have called right in front of them!!!
