Anyone familier with the livewell system on a 89 Tracker 1600tf? I can't get it to work. I can't even figure out how to drain it. I put some water in it Sunday manually, pulled the plug that I thought would drain it, and nothing came out. It has 2 livewells, I know one is not hooked up but the other is suppose to work. Thanks for any help...........Kevin

Check the valves. Might need to be replaced, or lines are pluged up. The two in my 89 1800TF wont seal off when on the water. Both wells fill with about a gallon or two.
The rubber flaps in mine are just old, I think.

I had an 89 1600TF
I regret selling it. It was a work horse, just smaller and slower than the bigger rigs.
I don't remember cvorrectly, there are two knobs on the left side of the steering wheel. Push them in to release water and pull them out to hold water. If the water is not draining after you push them in, either the cable has come off of the valve, or the valve itself is bad. They don't last forever and are not hard to replace. If I again remember correctly, it has a two way valve, open and closed. You'll need to know this if you buy new ones since there are more than one kind.
Best advice if you are going to replace them would be to take one out so you have it in hand to reference when searching the internet or going to a local supplier......and there and more suppliers in DFW than just Bass Pro and Cabelas. I think I got mine at some place off Harry Hines.

Good luck....post an update.

Here's a picture with arrows pointing towards the knobs I'm talking about.
