Those look good. Where do you get the clear crank baits to paint?

Those look very nice! Just curious though, why is the black dot in the middle of the body instead of closer to the head like a real threadfin? Let us know how they work!

Those look good. Where do you get the clear crank baits to paint? These came from Ebay, i was looking for a RC look alike, but i buy most of my clear cranks from Barlowes tackleThose look very nice! Just curious though, why is the black dot in the middle of the body instead of closer to the head like a real threadfin? i wasnt really looking to duplicate a shad when i painted them, i added the dots as more of another eye or an image that would be seen as a eye while movingThose look great get prices up or website? I see you are in Flower Mound. Were about I am on the North side of FM.
I have been painting for just over a year, i started it as a way to save money, it has become a hobby, i built a lil studio out in the garage and have over a hundred different styles of cranks and traps that i have painted, no prices, would hate for it to become a job.I have also recently started painting custom rods for a rod builder friend of mine, that is very interesting to say the least, I live over by the Parker Square area of Flower MoundThanks for the compliments, you can see alot of this type of work down in the General Equipment Discussion section of the forums, you will see it at the top of the page.
