I saw the Lowrance iFinder H2O on sale. I can't seems to find any reviews on these. Has anyone used them and do you like them.

Thanks in advance.

I've got the H2O C. I like it pretty well, but wish I had either a ram mount or a GPS/depth finder. It's hard to hold/look at the GPS and drive at the same time. On the other hand, the H2O beats not having a GPS at all. Easy to navigate the controls, good accuracy, mapping chips work in the unit just like in the fancy GPS/finders.

I have a ram mount and truth is, it still isn't easy to follow, screen is too small, but it's a great tool to pick out areas on new lakes to try and then get as close to the spot as possible.

It will absolutely suck batteries dry in no time!!! You better have a DC power source.

I've had the H2OC for several years and it has been a great unit. I carry it as a spare now but it was our only GPS for about a year and a half. I found that batt life greatly depended on having the screen light turned on or off, 8hrs+ off less than 4 on. I got a suction cup RAM mount for it and use the 12volt cord. Use a safety cord/string of some kind because the suction cup will let loose in real rough water. I also use it in the truck with the suction cup mount, on a four wheeler with a little modification and hand held while hunting on foot.

I like it for when I'm on someone elses boat or hunting. Mine has worked really well for me. I definitely like a bigger screen though.

I wouldn't buy another one. I used it for mainly for hunting . The screen is to small for fishing. Mine lost the tracks feature and warranty is up and will cost as much to fix it as a new one. Such a deal !!! For fishing the lowrance units such as the 532 are hard to beat but NO on the hand helds.

You can get a ram-mount that will bolt down to your boat and it's worth the money to put a 12volt plug in your boat to power it. I did mine it wasn't hard at all.

ditto. Mine is on a permanent ram mount with 12v plug/adapter. Using a map chip. Only prob is the screen is too small when driving around the lake on plane. but works greatest when near a way point and want to get right on top of a particular spot.
