 LSS downscan issue

my down scan on my structure scan only works in 455... it wont work in 800... it works but its just a blurred screen...
any thoughts?

Software version ?...Have you performed a soft or hard reset ?
Are cables snug ?

put it back on 800khz and make sure not zoom into far. (from the zin key) tip used 800khz 120 ft less (more and less keys), if its more 120ft used the 400khz. if u can post a pic, where we can see, whats happening.

also take pic of your transducer location and set up. also if off to the side of the motor mount (not jacke plate) trim your motor up a little.

I can email pics but i dont know how to post them...
its not zoomed at all.. I have not tried a hard reset.. not sure how?
Its mounted off to the right side of the transom.. not jackplate.
cables are fine.. all else is working great.

Can you post a pic. of the lss-1 trans. that is on a boat transom not on a jackplate? I have a deep v with several fittings on the transum. Also how far from the transom does the trans. read?
