Well, it was a long, but odd day, much like BigDad said. Birds did not help much earlier in the day...just a few fish here and there, on Humdingers and slabs, Went to all the usual spots. Boat show near gravel pit. Most sandies and hybrids fairly small and very scattered.....until almost dusk. At about 6 pm the birds began to gather near Lewisville Park. The hybrids were surfacing! Not huge, only 3-5 lb'ers but great fun. A few mag sandies mixed in. They hit almost every cast until dark.
Nice finish to a nice day.....and what a beautiful everning!

Dang it! We saw a couple of boats over by Lewisville Park and almost went over there right before dark but we decided to stick it out at Twin Trees hoping they would turn on there. Of course, they never did. Can't be everywhere I guess.... Way to go BobC. I knew they had to be biting somewhere before the front.
You are not a good or nice person.
