Got out around 10:00am , and found fish immediately, but could not get them to bite. Picked up a few here and there, but very slow until around 2:00pm. We actually anchored up in 2feet of water and caught about 30 sand-bass, and 6 hybrids(14-16inches). All the fish were very shallow today, and liked smaller baits. Checked all the usual locations, with no luck. Todd was with me today, and limited on stick-bass! I'm thinking about entering him in the stick-bass hall of shame!  The birds are back, another couple weeks, and they should be in full swing.

did he take the stick-bass to the taxidermy shop and mount that sucker on the wall? I got my rock-bass mounted!

Hey Britton...the best news is the boat still floats and you are back out fishing!!!
I hit Texoma this past weekend after my boat sat for 4 months -- mine ran great too!!!! Birds are definately back up there.
Good to see you guys had a good time...

Good to hear from you Fuzzy! The boat still floats, and looking to get out more often. I just havnt had the time to make it out to Texoma, and all the lakes around here have been too low to get a boat on. Hope to see you soon.

Yuk it up Britton, I'm the points leader in the FLW stick bass Tournament Trail. :p :p
What's up Fuzzy? Sorry we didn't see ya during the TSA tournaments this year, bad timing on work schedules and all. Hope to see ya on Texoma soon.
Bridgeport will be great this winter, I just hope it catches a little water soon.
