Ok guys be honest. Where is the best area to troll for stripers/ hybrids on lake conroe? I was told once up by the dam along rocks. tried that' must the wrong day. nothing. Is there any real striped bass in the lake? Or just the hybirds? Thanks

Charlie,
There are no stripers in the lake. Only hybrids. Try trolling around pine island, lake betty, the lighthouse or the 1097 dam. It's been pretty bad lately but the catfish are biting good.

Thanks Whitey i thought there were only hyb's in conroe. But I thought TPW. stocked Stripers and walleye's at one time? If they did it was year's ago.
