Caught 9 real large female sandies after 12:00 PM nothing before, full of eggs not developed all the way need a good solid week of warm weather and its on.

Has anyone fished Denton creek off of 377? saw lots of cars parked on side, I am sure they are chasing sandies. Can you launch a yak there?

I think it would be rather difficult to launch onto Denton Creek at the 377 bridge because the slope from the road to the river is so steep. You can launch at Marshall Creek Park/Trophy Club Park (whatever the current name is for the park located in the town of Marshall Creek) and then paddle upstream a few miles to the bridge. Takes a little time, but it is not a difficult stretch of water to paddle (not much current). Where did you launch to fish Buck Creek?

To fish buck creek you can launch at the buck ramp and fish the main creek or drive to the very back of the creek where there is two walk in access points. You can fish either the right of left side of the bridge by launching at the walk in spots. Never tried it but I always see people catching crappie down there. I believe there are 5 access points along buck creek that you can launch at.
