Caught two chunks today fishing from the bank at Gibbons Creek. I took a hike around the lake through some insanely thick brush/thorn vines to get the first, a 3.5 on a black double willow spinner. The second came about mid-day while fishing some dormant lilly pads with a watermelon lizard, she weighed 2.13.

Good hard days work fishing from the bank.

Oh, and I lost 6 lures but don't tell my wife that! mad

Maybe if I lose enough she'll let me buy a boat! wink

Gig 'em!
