Wanting to cook dinner for my girlfriend tonight as I've done many times before. I want to make something different though..I don't have any wild game on me, so preferrably something with beef or chicken (she doesn't care for pork). Any ideas? I'm a pretty decent cook and I'm not scared to try something different. We both LOVE Asian food, including sushi, tempura, noodles, etc. Thanks!

Here's one everyone I make it for loves.
Get some chicken breast cut into bite size pieces then season and dip in milk and egg wash. dip in flour and fry. While that is frying boil some penne pasta. After both are finished cooking, in a large baking dish mix both together and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes and serve with a salad and garlic bread.
Hope this helps.

Or chicken milano - cream and sun dried tomato / basil sauce. Its a little longer recipe. let me know if you're interested before I type it out.

Chicken alfredo with steamed broccoli is good.
2 c. heavy cream, reduce by 1/3rd. Add 1/4 c parmesan, and a scant spoonful of blue cheese and a dash of nutmeg. Saute up some chicken breast cubes with garlic powder, onion powder, and some pepper, pour the sauce over the top. smile

Coolness smile

I will warn you, you want to keep a close eye on that cream while you're reducing it. It will boil over the MOMENT you turn your back on it, making a mess all over the stove. Keep the temp low and watch it!

Gonna try that one...

I like to cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces, season with Angelos Chicken Seasoning (Academy), melt some butter in a skillet and brown the chicken. Then cook some Penne pasta and heat up a jar of Alfredo Sauce then mix the sauce and chicken in the pasta. Easy meal that taste good.

Dude, you need me to give you the alfredo recipe to go along with the famous sauce? I just can't have you out there eating alfredo out of a jar.

Hey bud... Right now you have thumb at my house on the two recipes of yours that I have tried. If you have an Alfredo Sauce recipe, I'll take it!
