Are you talking about that creek that runs under the bridge? (US 377 south)
I was out there a few weeks ago and couldn't find any where to park...where do you park out here?

Mike you can park on the east side of 377 and walk straight to the river.It's probably muddy as all get out now,but when it clears up,it should be good.Take your cell phone with you and report the poachers theres lots of them.Let us know how you do!

Went Sat. Few bites, nothing caught. Fished with minnows in creek south of Holiday park (the one that comes out at 377).

Went yesterday cause the rowlett thread was on fire. Now mind you this is only my first year of fishing the sandy run but i didn't have any luck the two guys i talked to didn't have any luck either. All agreed that they aren't there yet. So its best to just stay away for now.. heh heh. No really next week maybe. I'll let you know.
