Watched the news tonight and there was no story about it, but it was scrolling across the bottom of the screen. Has anyone heard anything?

Prayers to those missing and or involved.

Before you criticize someone, walk a mile in their shoes. That way you are a mile away, AND you have their shoes.

My prayers and thoughts are for him and his family. All we can do is hope for some kind of miracle. It shows how quickly things can change for the worst and Canyon is not that big of a lake. Makes wearing a PFD even when launching and docking more of a priority.

Just saw on the news - No luck yet. They have narrowed the search area to a box 3/4 mile long and 1/4 mile wide, but thats still alot of water. I sure hope they find him soon, get some closure for the family. sad sad sad

Spoke with the Head Game Warden this morning about helping out with the search.

Ramp 6 is closed at Canyon Lake and they are NOT asking for any extra help at this time. They have search teams and they are trying to contain the area.

They appreciate us asking if we could help, but right now they have it under control.

They had a guy drown here on Livingston it took almost a month forthe body to surface due to water being so cold . Got to be a horrible feeling for the searchers who are trying to give a family closeure.
Prayers for family and searchers sent
