Has anyone ever fished park in richardson? It looks like it has three small lakes/ponds. I heard there might be carp, but really looking for bass or even panfish.

Yes, I have fished these several times and they hold really good bass including my personal best of over 10 lbs. Fish the smaller pond on the north side of campbell. I have had my best luck right by the drain. They did drain and dredge the lake out a few years ago and put alot of the fish in white rock lake but it is back. I was there when they were shocking the ponds around 2000-2001 they got one that almost weighed 13lbs. You usually will not put up tons of numbers but you usually get quality fish. Good night time place in the summer. There are carp and cats in there as well.

Copy and paste the whole link that was provided into the address bar of your browser. Don't worry about going to google maps first. The google maps is part of the web address.

There's also crappie in there too. Caught a couple a few years back on some spinners.

Well, I just got back from Breckenridge. I didn't catch anything in the lake just north of Campbell, however, there is a small river/large creek that runs just west of that lake. I caught several small crappie. Did not keep any, but it was fun. Water was high in the lake.
