Its a good one, you need to go somewhere to see if they fit ur hands well... I personally like the Quantum Energys for that price range but thats just my .02

Yes. I honestly cannot tell any difference between an SX and an STX, and I have used both extensively.

I all of my reels are Abu, and have about a year of tournament fishing on them, and I have never had one single problem. I love my SX and even my S's. I think they are a great buy.

Yeah,i love mine as well. Its a great buy now that they have come out with the 2010 model. You can find the older models for less than 100 bucks used or a little more for a new one

Yep, I have a combination of 10 of the SX and STX reels. Been tournament fishing them for a couple of years now and no failures. Love them.

Just bought my first one 6 months ago, never owned anything but shimano before, have 4 curado's different years, and ratio's, and bought the sx 7:1, i have the curado hsdv 7:1 as well, but the revo is much smaller and seems to fit right in my palm. Love it for flipping jigs or any other soft plastics.

WATCH OUT FOR THE J.T. HOOKSET!!!

Citica E or Curado E are a much better reel, IMO, and both can be found for at or under that price.
