I am looking to buy a Travel Trailer on Cedar Creek. A place to spend weekends. I would like something on the water with easy access to launch my boat or even keep it in the water. I need some help!

I would try Fisherman's Wharf Marina & Campgrounsd. Their phone number is (903) 489-0710. Karen & Larry are great people. Omar Cotter (817) 937-8755 Don Novak (817) 909-3337 Bobby Burgess (817) 602-0034

Or you could buy Cedar Creek Landing and dynamite the place, then you would have room for lots of trailers, plus the location is great, near deep water and the dam.

That area would be getting attention if it were in a foriegn country, I can't believe that the Dream Team launches there. The road to the ramp is barely passable. George

it is a first rate dump, but close to good fishing...pain to get too, lots of cats, bathrooms require the "hoover drop"
When full, the ramp is easy to get on and off of quickly, road at marina is dirt, lots of potholes...
Bet they would sell it, just not sure how profitable a nice marina would be there....Would be nice to have one though.

Originally posted by Hurricane: I like their ramp but it is nasty. I never go in and pay....I always make somebody else go in, while I either back down the ramp or pull boat off..... Now, the folks are nice in there, always pleasant to me, they just let the place go..... I had talked with a guy who used to fish CC 20 years ago, and said the lady actually made burgers in there and they were good. Sad to get old and live like that, but if they sell the whole thing and land they own around there....then they would be OK. Just take the cats!

I have in storage at Cedar Creek a like new Shasta (made by Coachman) 31' travel trailer that I'm going to be selling. Let me know if you are interested.
