Fished Sunday with Tim and Ben Boatright of Georgetown. A cold 45 degrees with about 12-14 mph north wind. They were biting very, very lite, with fish often falling off the hook at the boat. A few days warm weather will bring the strong bite back.

Ended the day with 26 catfish, largest at 4#, caught in 9 foot water using Sureshot and CJ's punch bait.

Great report Weldon. Beats a day at the office.

For even not so great weather those are excellent fish Weldon. Weldon, have you been to Gibbons lately? Trying to get a report on the crappie action.

Gibbons Crappie need a little sunshine, they were doing good when we had three days near 70, then they shut down when the fronts started coming again
