I think he is right you can barely make out the snout and the horizontal tail. If it was a shark the caudal fin would have been vertical.

Shark, Dolphin, Chupacabra I don't care. If I see something like that when I'm at the beach I go back to the cooler just to make sure everything is still in there. You know just checking.
