Yes that is correct. Whiterockjesse you been there ? i have tried a couple of times during the day , but had no luck . i bet it gets better at dusk there .

I have fished the stretch of the elm fork below the dam where sandy lake road crosses it down to beltline using the portabote and got nothing.
The immediate area below the dam is only knee deep with boulders scattered around. Might be a good spot when the whites are running and LL is releasing a lot of water.
