I want to make diluted flavours for use in methods,and glugs. I have a gallon of glycerine,and am not sure how much or ratios. Here is a pic of the flavours I have aquired over time. Maybe some of you know of good formulas/ratios to use. Just unsure about doin so,and dont want to waste any if poss,so input will be much appreciated. Yeah I really like that LPX,just wish it wasnt 27.00 a bottle. Another question....Is plain Karo syrup too sweet to make glugs?

I've made a bunch of Glycerin Glugs. I've used flavors from Wacker, One On, Superior, and McCormick. I also made a Vasbyt infusion that stains evrything around. I used about 4oz of Glycerin, 10-20ml of flavor (depending on potency), and a 1/2 teaspoon of Betaine. I don't do anything crazy to mix them- I just stir the mix until it is completely infused.

I like glugging in Summertime mostly, but I like keeping flavors fresh too.

Karo Glugs are nice, but I don't like working with it. On the CAG forum there's a pinned thread about Glugs. Last year when I was checking into making GLugs I spent alot of time looking at thread to see what I wanted to do. I can't link it right now, but go check it out.

Karo makes a great glug. Stays on and takes flavor greatly. They will also last forever and no need for preservetives.
