We are planning a trip to Port Aransas in July. THere will be four of us. Don't care if its on the beach. I know its peak season and it will be expensive, but would like to find someplace thats nice and reasonably priced with a kitchen. Appreciate some suggestions.

The Blue Crab Inn Great rates, very clean, caters to a lot of people who love fishing, and Mike and Cathy are great folks. We've stayed at other places, but after finding them, they will always be our first choice. Actually staying three nights with them next weekend.

We love staying at Casa Del Cortes. http://www.casaonthebeach.com/index.htmlWe always go in the "mid" season in April for the sandcastle festival, "Sandfest". The prices are more affordable then and the water is sort of warm enough to enjoy and the hanging on the beach isn't too hot but, warm enough to knock the winter blues off. http://www.texassandfest.com/
