I found the new Humminbird 798C SI COLOR FISHFINDER WITH GPS & SIDE IMAGING for $803 including shipping. Have been looking for one since they came out and this is about as cheap as I've found. I tried your link but the www.qualitymatters.com website doesn't seem to work for me? It may be down temporarily but it is definitely not working as I type this post. If you got a 798C Si for $803 including shipping you have done very well. At www.fishfinderking.com I carry 2 different 798C models and 2 different 798CI models and none of them sell for $803 including shipping. When your unit arrives, can you post another message saying you received it in good condition etc? I don't mean to be alarmist, but it concerns me a little that the web link you provided doesn't seem to work and that you paid what is a very low price. I hate to say this but I hope that it arrives. If you don not already have these details,I suggest that you call them to get reassurance that the unit has been despatched and ask for a tracking number if it was couriered etc. My concerns could be completely unfounded and I hope they are. Good luck with it and remember to send us a post when it arrives.

I bought a 798c SI from Gander Mountain for 675.00 + tax. So good deals are out ther just have to look around.

Wow, great deal. I just checked out gander mountain's website and they are currently selling the 798CI for $1000 and the 788C and 788Ci for $650. Sounds like you got a great deal at $675 for the 798CI!

I bought the 798c not the 798ci. Yes it was a very good deal, it was a special they were running for Thanksgiving day, but the guy at Gander Mountain rang it up and the special price was already in the system so I jumped on it. I personally like the external antenna.

I spoke with them last night and they told me that they should have them in stock by 2/26 or 2/27. I also plan to order one from them this next week.

Anchorexpress.com has it for $849.99 with a $9.99 ground shipping or at $25.99 next day options. In case your like me and do not want to wait till the 27th for it to hopefuly ship. Plus no tax if your ordering from Texas!
