What you missed from Ray Bob sunday...I'm still thawing my feet out. We had that [censored] at falcon for the college event... Ice all OVER the ramp that saturday... I'm ready 2 go back down there SURELY it's warmer than it is here lol

FZ1, Don't want to jinx myself or anyone else but have not seen theft as a problem at Zapata. (knock on wood)You do occasionally hear of something turning up missing but have not heard of anything nearly as bad as some of the other areas.
Don't take any chances tho. Take it out of the boat/lock it up/or what ever works for you. People are people, if you just leave someting laying around, it will grow legs and disappear.

cmorris, if you're asking me, most of our fish were caught south, although a 10 and 11 came out of obscure drains way up the river.

We spent time both North and South. We did just as well either area. Robert at Oso Blanco has night security now. I still take all my rods in every night. Doesn't take long at all. Can't wait to get back Sunday

The forecast for next week looks pretty good (at the moment) but I'll have everything from shorts to coveralls and a couple of rainsuits. I'm planning on fishing mostly on the south end so maybe it won't muddy up too bad. SE Kansas grass grower
