Thanks for all of your suggestions First I am willing to travel a full day I think anything over 15#'s would be awesome.I think I want to stay in Texas waters.

What about below the dam on the Red River, I have heard about some really BIG fish being caught there by the airboat guys?

In the river, below Toledo Bend , has the biggest fish
you are going to find in Texas. Now thru april is the time.
